These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our games, websites, applications, digital products, and related online services available on Android, Steam, itch.io, and other supported platforms. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. License to Use
Surya Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our games and services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any game files, code, or assets
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use cheats, bots, scripts, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially use any part of our products
- Misuse online systems, leaderboards, or multiplayer services
2. Online Services and Multiplayer
Some of our games may include online features such as multiplayer gameplay, cloud saves, leaderboards, live events, player profiles, matchmaking, notifications, and in-game chat or communication systems. These features may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Valve Corporation Steamworks, or platform-specific services.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to online services for cheating, abusive conduct, unauthorized access attempts, bug exploitation, score manipulation, or activities harmful to service integrity.
3. Updates and Service Changes
We may update, patch, rebalance, improve, replace, or discontinue any part of our games or services at any time without prior notice. This includes bug fixes, gameplay balancing, new content, backend changes, online maintenance, feature removal, and ad provider changes.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, artwork, graphics, characters, sound effects, music, UI designs, logos, stories, trademarks, and related materials are the exclusive property of Surya Interactive unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved.
5. Third-Party Assets and Licensed Content
Some of our games may include third-party assets, licensed content, plugins, SDKs, sound packs, fonts, or tools obtained from external creators, marketplaces, or service providers — including 2D/3D assets, sound effects and music, fonts and UI packs, animation packs, visual effects, and marketplace assets.
All such materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under valid licenses, permissions, or marketplace terms. Users are not permitted to extract, reuse, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any third-party assets included in our games unless expressly permitted by the original license holder. Where required, credits and attributions are provided within the game, store listing, or website.
6. Disclaimer
All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices and platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Surya Interactive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, save corruption, device issues, or online downtime.
